Shipping Policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the following day after processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take between 12 and 20 business days (maximum) for delivery in the United States, and between 15 and 30 business days (maximum) for international orders (depending on location).

Will I be charged taxes and customs fees?

Prices shown on our site are tax-free in USD, meaning you may be required to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and these are determined by your local customs office. The payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
